Eureka become as feature rich as the course's Ai and drafting abilities are etc? it would be awesome to be able to push to my ebook blog writer after research is completed?
Any teams' based segmenting or permission ability for project to be or not be shared? I see the workspaces feature, but are they segmented or one big collective backend for all to see each of the others projects & assets etc?
Can you use templates for repeating or copying course STRUCTURES and elements that we like to repeat, but for other niches or topics?
How are the credits actually used? Or when does the platform charge against them, just keyword searches?
For Ai assistance, do we need to BYOK? Or are credits even used as part of the platform/features/deal?

Do I need to bring my own OpenAI key (BYOK)? No. Eurekaa handles all AI operations internally, and there are no usage limits on AI features at this time.
API or Webhooks to push info post-research? Not yet — though it’s something we’ve been exploring. Technically, it involves making sure the platform can securely package and send user-generated research content to third-party destinations, which adds a few challenges in terms of formatting, authentication, and permissions. That said, your use case is a great nudge — we’ve added it to the roadmap possibilities.
Will the book research tool become as feature-rich as the course builder? We’re working on it! One challenge is that Amazon’s Books API is universal across all product categories — which limits precision. Also, using their API would remove our current “Search Inside the Book” capability, which many users love. We're testing ways to enrich this part of Eurekaa without losing those deeper insights.
Can I push research into my ebook/blog writing tool? While we don’t have direct integrations just yet, we do offer export options that include .docx, .txt, and even .ppt formats — handy if you're drafting content for blogs, ebooks, or presentations. It's an easy way to move your research or outlines into whatever writing tool you're using. That said, smoother send-to destinations (like your blog editor or AI writing tool) are definitely something we’re exploring..
Team-based permissions and segmentation? Right now, Workspaces are the closest thing we have — and they’re not shared across accounts. Sounds like you're asking for more robust collaboration tools (team permissions, shared folders, etc.), which we’ve had a few requests for — another one added to the feature board.
Can I reuse course structures/templates? Not a true “save as template” feature. Send us an email as to how you want to use this as it might be an easy add. feedback@eurekaa.io
How are credits used? Credits are only tied to the Keyword Planner — you get 120 keyword report runs per month on the standard plan. Everything else is unlimited for now.

Like many, we keep our roadmap internal to stay flexible but we recently introduced our Publisher feature, and with it being so new, we’re in the middle of updates.
