Q: What happened to my Tier 3 package?
Hello, I logged in today and my Tier 3 package is no where to be found... Asking me to join the club. Is that usual? my account is under a different email, I've created a test event and it is still showing in the dashboard but when I create a new one, its asking to join. also the settings option is also disabled. I event sent a message a while ago and never got a reply regarding the Early Domain Access" I tried it but the domain name never changed...
I will use the platform soon for an event and I am now thinking twice about it since there's been quite a few issues ever since I purchased the package. Is anyone still following up with site, are you going to shut down? please let us know. thank you
