1) It's a bit glitchy and somewhat limited in it's functionality.

2) Their scan app totally sucks, half the time it doesn't work and another biggie is that it doesn't include the ticket type in the app interface, so in the instance that one customer has multiple ticket types that gain them access to different parts of the event, we had to go in and manually change the title of the each ticket we'd issued them so we'd know which ticket to validate at which entry point, which was a royal pain in the ass.

3) In the instance when we have sold a VIP package that includes a table of eight, for example, we have to go in and manually issue their eight tickets rather than them being able to be automatically generated w/ eight different QR codes once they purchase a VIP package. When we're rockin' it on VIP tables sales, this adds up to alot of extra manual work we have to stay on top of. Unlike when someone carts a qty of eight general admission tickets thus the system would kick out eight tickets to them with unique QR codes for validation at the gate, when someone carts one $1000 VIP package that includes eight tickets, along with other perks such as signage, recognition, etc., is it possible with your plugin to have that automated or would it still be a manual process to issue their tickets?

I love the idea of using a website plugin to sell tickets rather than having to use a third party ticketing provider like Eventbrite b/c it puts us in the drivers seat of our event and our patrons don't have to pay extra ticketing fees on top of their ticket price.

I'm seriously looking at your app as an alternative to the Event Tickets Plus plugin. Can you speak to the aforementioned issues and how your plugin differs from Event Tickets Plus or solves for some of the issues we've had with them, and also can you speak more generally to what you feel are the primary differences between their plugin and yours?
