A few questions, please!
1. what are users?
2. users vs Accounts?
3. what is active event?
3. can it be used for live music events?
4. how do you sell tickets? LInk on website, ads, is there a built-in tool to create landing pages, etc?
Thank you!

May 14, 2024A: Hello,
thank you for your questions:
1. Event organizers are users of EventsFrame (there is also a member role within the account called user)
2. Users/event organizers own the accounts which they use to set up events and sell tickets
3. yes
4. you create a landing page and then can share a link or embed on the website. more on that here https://support.eventsframe.com/article/35-landing-pages and here https://support.eventsframe.com/article/34-publishing-your-event-links-and-embed-options

Thank you, Martin!
1. So, what is Live event?
2. So, with the Double plan there are no accounts included? Or, should I say just one account?
3. it is still not clear about landing pages. Is it possible to create event landing pages with the EventsFrame or talking about creating my own landing pages?
Thanks!
Hello,
1. Can you be more specific please? Are you referring to Active events in the offer or Live events in general? If you are referring to the offer, these are the events that are being held by the event organizers on their accounts at the same time.
2. There is 1 included.
3. Yes, you create event’s landing page within EventsFrame and after hitting Publish event, your landing page goes live.

Sorry, I meant what is Active event in the offer, e.g
Up to 100 active events per account
Up to 50 active events
Can you please elaborate.
Also, please help me to decide between Double and Multiple offers.
Thanks, Martin!
Hi,
'active event' means that you can run that many events at the same time on 1 account. It depends what you are looking for - if you plan to run some events on behalf of other people/clients I would recommend Multiple.

Sorry, so what is actually the Account?
