It is a new type of software that has a small learning curve. However, I feel the team has done a great job creating tutorial videos walking you through the features and setup. And they are definitely there to answer questions. Support responds very fast.

Shiva and his staff are extremely professional and they even called me personally to make sure I was able to understand and properly use the features.

I highly recommend Event Titans. If you are sitting on the fence... It is definitely worth the investment it in my opinion.
