Q: Bought 2 codes and tried the integration with Kajabi via Webhooks.

Can't get it to work so tried the "Email Support" function in the app. It doesn't work. Went to your website and your live chat is just a bot that tries to sell me product.

I eventually found a support email address and emailed you, to be told "Live chat support isn't included for AppSumo customers". Do you provide live chat support for other customers but disable it for AppSumo customers? Really?

Didn't get a suggested solution to my integration issue. It wasn't even mentioned in the response.
I give it 24 hours, but this is concerning.

I wish I had seen this message before the weekend however, it does look like from our support conversation that someone on my team did respond back to you within your 24 hour allotment.

It took them a little bit longer to figure out because the issue wasn’t actually on our end, it was in your sites code. You had a <script> tag prior to the Evidence pixel that was opened but never closed with a </script> tag, and therefore was breaking anything after it.

I’m glad we were able to figure that out for you as it would have been negatively affecting other things on your site as well. Email support is included in the AppSumo deal and can be accessed right from within the app. We’re looking at adding a form that opens a ticket on our end to make this process even easier for you.

Yes, we do enable chat support for businesses who invest in us monthly. I’ve purchased 30+ AppSumo deals on my personal account over the last 6 years and almost all of them are email support. I don’t expect much more than that knowing the product creator saw a one-time amount of $14 from my purchase, especially when they pay US-Based employees to support me, for life.

I hope this is reasonable to you. If not, no hard feelings. We can part ways as friends.
