Q: Hi Jarrod and team, I've been looking for the right FOMO platform for a couple years now.

Evidence seems to have a strong case in its favour for becoming the ultimate FOMO solution.
I wanted to show you I'm serious about making Evidence part of the service I deliver to my clients - hence why I bought an initial 5 codes.
My questions all focus on how Evidence can work with an agency like mine.
1) is there anyway I can allocate a number of visits to a specific subaccount?
2) is there anyway my clients (subaccounts) can login to their own dashboard - maybe this is already possible?
3) is there anyway to make this a true white label platform with Cname assignment and anything else needed to hide Evidence references? Endorsal did this really well recently.
4) would it be possible to form a facebook group specifically for agency owners using Evidence? or Evidence users in general?
5) do you have any specific features planned that will further benefit agency owners?

My apologies if some of what I asked is already present - I only just signed up as I want to be able to decide how many more codes I need to get to support my growing agency.

A: PART 1️⃣

Yo Steve,

Thanks for jumping in with 5 codes! We look forward to helping your agency increase conversions for the clients you serve.

We’re serious about taking action on the feedback and requests we receive. Below you’ll find answers to your questions.

1) Right now sub-accounts pull their visits from the main account. There isn’t a way to limit sub-accounts. I think you’re the 3rd person I’ve seen requesting this. I met with our development team this morning and we decided to add this to our list of enhancements. At the time of creating a sub-account, you’ll input the visit threshold (#) which will immediately allocate that many visits from the main account.

If you ever need to adjust this (let’s say you’re charging the customer for X visits, and their site traffic is growing because your agency totally rocks), you’ll be able to edit their sub-account and update that number to a higher volume.

2) It is already possible for your clients who are given sub-accounts to log into their own account. They will not see your account, nor any accounts of the other clients you serve.

What’s nice for you is that we built it really easy to have one admin login, that can quickly jump from the main account to a sub-account, to a different sub-account. Forget needing 20 logins and having to constantly log in and log out. That feature is live and looks like this:

3) Everything is possible. We have quite the marketing plan to deploy. Part of that plan is to pursue the agency market. This AppSumo launch is just the first step into that space. We’ll be gathering lots of feedback from agencies. I’d love to take a look at what Endorsal has done. I’ve heard about other platforms that have also executed on this really well.

We are completely open at this point to pursuing Cname assignment and building out a fully-white label solution, but haven’t done near enough research or specing out what would be required, and how much time that would take.

4) We already formed a private Facebook group, just days before our launch on AppSumo. I want to build a community of marketers who can share best practices, tips, tricks, and wins of using social proof in their marketing. We even went so far as to have the invite to the group included in the onboarding sequence. And then…

Then we realized that during our launch, especially the first part of it, the time of everyone on our team would be consumed by answer questions and reviews on the deal page, inside of the many social media groups we’re a part of and most importantly, our support inbox.

The last thing you want to do is launch a community and not be an active participant in it. So, our plan is to open the doors to it in the not too distant future, when we feel like we have a really good handle on our current support channels, and can be confident we have capacity to contribute in and moderate a social group.

5) Of course. There are a lot of things we’ve considered, both new features but also from an education standpoint. So whether it’s providing more in-depth reporting on impressions, engagements, and clicks or delivering training on strategies that will help our users deploy more successful campaigns. There’s no shortage of ideas, just the time to implement them. Gathering user feedback will help us make sure we’re prioritizing the right things.
