Q: Hiya!

How do I set up a new agency client with their own unique pricing and unique password?

As an agency selling access to X-number of unique page visits each month, is setting the pricing and the clients account set up a manual process on my side?

If it is, as a thrive cart user, can the client automatically have their account set up using a webhook payload that sends their details from checkout to an evidence account page set up page?

I know how to create a sub-account under my main account, but...

1 how do I allocate a price for that new sub-account agency client?
2 how do I allocate that new sub-account agency client their own unique password?
3 do I create a new master account for each new agency client? and if so, does this prompt the password setting option for each new agency client?

I apologize for all the questions, as the answers are probably right in front of me.

A: Hello MyFutureBusiness,

Thank you for your questions regarding agency setup. I’m going to answer them quickly for you here and then we’ll likely put together an official article in our support docs.

When you create a sub-account under your main account, you’ll want to invite your customer as a user on that sub-account. No need to choose a password for them. They will manage that directly with the Evidence app once they activate their user from the invite.

How you choose to bill your client for the Evidence service and what amount is managed on your end, not ours. I’m sure every agency reselling Evidence is doing this a little differently. Later in the year, if we end up creating a fully white-label solution, that could change where we manage the billing as well - but there’s no guarantee on that.

You do NOT want to create a new Master account for agency clients. Master accounts require subscriptions to be fully activated. Your clients should all be given sub-accounts.
