Bugs and poor support
"Show time as "recently" if older than hour" option doesn`t work. Support is take so long time to reply and don`t solve this. Totally disappointed.

We are aware of this new issue that seems to be impacting a handful of customers. Our support and development teams are working together closely to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Our support team does work US hours, Monday through Friday. I know this has been challenging for international customers who are looking for immediate responses.
We’re looking at possibly hiring a support member on the other side of the world to aid with this. No fixed ETA yet, but that will definitely help you on that front.
