Hi, I’m a tier 2 user from first appsumo deal and I don’t have access to AI, why are we not automatically upgraded to this as early bird buyers??

To access the new unlimited AI feature, you’ll need to purchase a plan that matches or is higher than your current tier. For example, if you're a Tier 2 user from the original deal, you would need to purchase the equivalent of Tier 2 or above in the new deal. Once upgraded, your plan will be updated to include unlimited AI. This is a completely new offer, and we’ve agreed to assist old users who wish to activate unlimited AI by upgrading their plan.

That’s a pretty disgusting way to treat earlier purchasers. Make them pay way more for the same features as a new user can buy with one payment.

I assume we then have 10 stores?
If you purchase the new Tier 2 plan in addition to your old Tier 2, you will indeed have a total of 10 stores — your original 5 stores plus the 5 from the new plan. The new plan doesn’t reduce any of your previous stores, and you'll also gain access to the unlimited AI and other new features across all of them.

I'm sorry, but this is completely wrong and a terrible way to treat your early customers. You may face serious backlash for handling people this way. How can you justify this business decision that disrespects your early bird subscribers?
I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way, and I understand your frustration. Our early supporters mean a lot to us, and we’ve made sure that the original deal still includes everything promised at the time of purchase. The decision to create a separate, new deal with advanced unlimited AI features was based on our effort to offer more functionality that wasn’t part of the original agreement.
Well, let me tell you that you’re doing a big mistake and that the word will be heard among the LTD community. There is no logic in this decision and everybody will loose trust in your offers from now on.

It's part of this specific deal, and is not available on Evolup outside of this offer. Early AppSumo buyers received all previous updates & will continue to receive all new updates.
