inaccessible website

Hello,
I got evolup through appsumo, but I will be asking for a refund.
I have a visual disability, and the website is just not accessible for screen readers. A lot of unlabeled buttons and fields that are impossible to interact with.
To give you an idea, I even tried using commet the ai agent browser to navigate the inaccessible area’s, so I really tried my best. But it is just so inaccessible for screen readers that there is nothing I can do. I really hope the company makes the website wcag compliant in the future, I would be more than happy to try it again at that time.
nothing worked, i couldn't even get to adding a product. i couldn't interact with the field to add an affiliate product.
the textfield didn't recognise my screen reader and wouldn't populate with what is was trying to imput. the continue button wouldn't show up. also, some of the backend text lables that my tts software detects were in french and some in english, making it a struggle just to get to the import page for affiliate products.
I like the thought of easily launching an affiliate website with ai, so I hope for the best in the future.
I hope you find this review useful.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry for your experience.
What you’re describing is absolutely valid, and we clearly still have important work to do regarding accessibility, especially for screen readers. The issues you mentioned (unlabeled buttons, inconsistent labels, fields not interacting properly, mixed languages) should not happen, and we understand how blocking that is.
We really appreciate the effort you made to try different solutions on your side, that means a lot, and it makes your feedback even more valuable for us.
Accessibility is something we take seriously, and your review helps us identify concrete areas to improve. I’ve shared your feedback with the team so we can work on making the interface more compliant and usable for everyone.
I completely understand your decision regarding the refund, and I’m genuinely sorry we couldn’t provide a usable experience for you at this time. If accessibility improves in the future, we would of course be very happy to welcome you back.
Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback.
