Q: Hello, 1.
Does SWIS only work locally or does it also use the CDN?
2. You sell 2Tb/month in Tier 3, but by default we are blocked at 100k!
You explain in this section that you have to ask for an extension each time. For the Agencies, this is counter-productive (even for a private individual). This process should be made transparent and automatic. For example, detect an abusive use and block it for 15 minutes in an atomic way. This way you don't punish all users and get less work for your team.
3. To remove the mark: if I understand correctly, you can ask how to do it and you even propose a small drop-in/mu-plugin, but why not propose this plug-in directly (what a waste of time)?
4. Nothing specific about monthly plans / add-ons dedicated to sumo-lings?
5. How can we limit the bandwidth depending on the domain (essential for an agency)?
Thanks for your answers.

May 14, 2024A: 1. SWIS works whether your resources are local or remote (on the CDN), but off-hand the JS/CSS minify options are the only ones where that would come into play, and the Easy IO CDN minifies them anyway, so you're double-covered.
2. Those are two entirely different limits. Bandwidth is only limited on the Easy IO CDN. The soft quota is for the Compress API (used for local compression). And as you've no doubt seen me mention, the soft quota is just a speed bump, that we raise until we find your "normal". Once it's high enough, it stays there, and doesn't need to move again. That is, unless you keep setting record months, and then "Hurrah for you and your agency!" :)
There's no punishment here, if you already know you have 300k images to optimize, shoot us a note when you get started, and we'll bump it, takes us like 30 seconds to do :)
3. If you'd like us to include something like that directly in the plugin, you're welcome to suggest it: https://feedback.ewww.io
4. Sorry, we do not have specifics yet on that. If you purchase now, and go over 2TB, you're covered by overage protection until we have something specific for Sumo-lings.
5. Please see (and possibly respond to) my post here: https://feedback.ewww.io/b/features/p/client-subaccount-use-limits
Don't you think the right thing to do is to mention this soft limit in the deal details?
All other similar product developers, like wp compress, have done so

@bizttco868,
Our soft quota is not the same as the limits from other companies, which is why it doesn't get included in the deal details. I included it in my pinned post instead, so that folks could read about it--but don't worry, you aren't the only one who didn't read that :)
