Omg...
This plugin destroyed my site. Luckily I had a backup from yesterday and was able to restore everything to original.
I don't know what happened. I followed every instruction and had tons of images to optimize. So I clicked on bulk optimize and It started working for 5 hours.
When it was about 2 hours working, people started messaging me about my site wasn't working right. Not only every single image (even logo) disapear from the site, but almost anything on the web wasn't working at all. It was a mesh.
After stoping this plugin and restore the backup I was able to have my site working again...
Nightmare.
I can't recommend it even I really wanted to love this.

Without knowing the details, my guess would be a conflict with either the CDN or content being served through the CDN with the Include all Resources option. That option serves your JS/CSS, etc. through the CDN and some plugins and/or themes don't like that. If you tried turning that off (or using the Panic Button which does the same) and it still didn't fix it, then we would have to dig deeper.
