Everyone at the office is deeply impressed with the changes you implemented since last time we used it for the yearly event!
I am new to the AppSumo platform and I am not sure if I should ask my question here or on the ExcelWay support platform...
My problem is that I cannot activate my deal with ExcelWay. When I enter my email, it tells me that there is a technical issue and I cannot activate it.
However, I did end up on ExcelWay and created a password. Once on ExcelWay, I can't find my projects anymore although I have just worked on them this morning. I was afraid that it had been erased but thankfully my coworkers can still see them and work on them.
Can you please assist?

I think that you tried to activate your deal with the same email that you used ExcelWay for, and therefore, you got the error message. I believe that you then activated the deal with another email and that created a new ExcelWay account. That's why you can't see the projects you had with your other account.
Someone from the ExcelWay team will reach out to you today to solve the issue.

Do you think we can solve the problem today before 15:00?
We have been using the free version these past two weeks and already transferred a lot of projects from Asana, Trello and Miro. Our free trial ended yesterday and we have planned an important workshop with a client using ExcelWay today. If it is not possible to solve it before this afternoon, it is ok, we can maybe use Miro. But it would be really nice if we can do it with ExcelWay because we already prepared the boards and the workshops and there are many things that we cannot do in Miro.
