As to the logo in shared views, you can attach an image to each project. It will appear next to the Project's name and has the perfect size for a logo. We actually added this feature for people working with clients so that their clients can feel at home in the workspace.

As for the description of activities: this is something we have tried in our previous designs and decided to remove it as there is little space available for the entire description to be properly read. Moreover, it made the header feel "cluttered", especially in the facilitator's experience, so we went for the original minimalistic design.

That being said, we are looking for ways to embed additional information inside an activity. We're currently working on an optional subtitle to lists and preparing the ground for a ToolBox feature that would allow the facilitator to add documents and embedded Youtube videos to the workshop as a whole and to each activity.
