I'd like to know the answer to this question as well as this is definitely an important concern as far as using our intellectual property. Can you guys answer this here please WITHOUT having to schedule a demo?

We apologize for any delayed response. All users' data was stored with our cloud provider in the US. The content can be accessed by the team invited by the admin to their workspace. Additionally, our support team has explicit access if the user agreed to allow them to view their workspace. When content is deleted, it will be permanently removed from our database.
