I should have got Otter.ai. Unfortunately, I relied on the tool performing and it failed.
I tested the tool the night before a big meeting and even sent a query to the team to ask if the tool could meet my use case.
I received an answer that avoided the question>
I went into the meeting and set up the tool. It recorded the content, but then once I stopped recording and after rendering for a while, the tool collapsed, the file is lost and I am in limbo.
Another participant may have recorded the meeting and if they have, I will load it up and see if it can transcribe.
Foolish of me I know. Rookie error to rely on an Appsumo purchase for a professional job.
I look forward to the time when all the bugs are ironed out.
I will hold on to this, in the hope that it improves.
In the meantime however, I am taking out an annual subscription to Otter before my next meeting.
