Not there yet - Maybe Eventually?
1) The transcripts are 80% correct, but that leaves me a lot to FIX. Fixing text on site is REALLY hard because the text cursor jumps around. I tried to cut/paste into Word to fix it easier, but when I brought it back to the platform it wouldn't work 2) I really just want to turn off the text at bottom of the screen sometimes. But that option isn't available (YET--they say it may be coming). 3) When they send me emails with download links (or provide links on screen) to download the new clip, I always get a 404 error. I've notified them, but never got resolution 4) If the transcription isn't correct, then the translation won't be correct. I want to like this tool, but I don't think they're there yet. Too many glitches and issues to helpful to me. I've spent hours trying to make it work but I give up.
