They thought of it all...
These guys REALLY DID think of it all. To be up front and honest, Initially I had refunded as the transcription was sub par. These guys have come FULL CIRCLE at this point. Today, I upgraded to tier 2 as it give me plenty of credits, and the transcription, stories, timelines etc. etc. etc. are nearly PERFECT now ( as good as ANY transcription service can be ). I was using another service, canceled just now, and have come back here. Thank God that I got back in before they leave AppSumo. These guys are going to CRUSH every transcription service out there, if they just continue to keep after it. Well done fellas! Well done..
