I have been trying for more than six months to get access to my account. I used an email address to create the account that I cannot receive emails for. The only way to log into the account is to receive a verification code in the email. Customer support has been slow at best and not helpful at all. They keep going back-and-forth with me saying they will help me soon and apologizing for the delay and I am still not able to access my purchase. Reading the other reviews it seems like this company is not worth the time I’ve put to try to get access.
