Q: Why is this not working? And why can't I downgrade my membership?

This entire app stopped working. There is no support from the team, and there is no option to downgrade add ons.

Same for us. Facebook APIs are non-responsive in the app and support is completely gone. We have tried to contact them via any channel, completely unresponsive.
