Extremely Disappointed with Support and Functionality – Refund Needed!
I successfully connected all my accounts, which the app confirmed, and scheduled my content. However, nothing was posted to my social accounts when the scheduled time arrived. I reached out to their chat support, which promised a 1-minute wait time. It’s been over an hour with no response, even though it shows they are online. 😡 Is this some kind of scam? I’m incredibly frustrated and demand a refund immediately! 🚫👎
