Q: Can I track mileage in a couple different vehicles?

Mar 12, 2025A: Right now, ExpenseMonkey doesn’t have built-in mileage tracking, but you can still track mileage expenses for different vehicles using categories or projects.
Here’s how you can do it:
Use Categories: Create custom categories like "Mileage - Car A" and "Mileage - Car B" to separate expenses by vehicle.
Use Projects: Set up a project for each vehicle and assign mileage expenses accordingly.
This way, you can easily track and report mileage for different vehicles within the system. Mileage tracking is also on our feature request list, so stay tuned for updates! 🚗😊

+1 for Mileage here. In terms of my personally paid expenses Mileage is the one missing element that Expense Monkey can't handle which I have every week. I hope we'll see UK-compatible mileage reporting where it is X pence per mile expensable amount, depending on the mode of transport taken (Petrol, electric, bicycle etc. - all have different approved expense rates per mile)
