When I am trying to log in from the PowerPoint prompt I get this error:

"Error
Could not log you in. Please check your password or username. Take note that you can only log in once with each license. Please try again."

What should I do?

(I might have prematurely created an account with ExpertSlides and that could be the issue for my problem.)
