Q: I just purchased this product and after having the opportunity to use Airmeet I am a bit disappointed with the customer service.
This product looks good but I can't reach anyone -- and when I do, they send me to a library. Today's consumer doesn't want to take a PHD in order to utilize your product -- a simple onboarding process for those who need it would be helpful -- can I even launch the day of event live from this platform? With my event coming up on March 30th -- time is ticking -- this is a #lifeline request for someone on your team to walk me through a demo.

I would love this since I am using it for hybrid events but I'm being told that I need to upgrade to monthly in order to access the upgrades even though I'm on tier 3 and was told I'd get all the upgrades in the future. We were also promised the job fair and other templates and are now being told that is also a monthly subscription. What's up with that? I could easily make your platform famous in a few events and am working with a huge event company that is looking at your platform but this customer service and bully upselling is not good. I can't bring you enterprise customers with that kind of (lack of) support.
