Q: Your templates and onboarding videos aren't working.
I grabbed a code, logged in and tried to click on a template and on the "How to create an event" images and nothing happened. I was only able to click on the "start from scratch" button. I took a screenshot. The one is purple works, the images in red do not:

I was really excited about this, but the dashboard seems to be dated and inoperable. Not a great sign :-(

First of all, thank you so much for buying the license. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. I have checked the image you have shared. This is because of a bug we have identified and I assure you that the onboarding guides will be available from tomorrow.
Regarding the templates, currently using the blank template you can create all sorts of events (Conference, Expo, etc.) Event-specific templates are an upcoming feature and will be live soon for everyone.
