Q: I bought Plan 2, logged in with my email address and password, but whenever I open the program again, I have ...

to log in again, but it doesn't recognize my password. I.e. every time I have to create a new password via forgotten password. And every time again it is not recognized. Likewise, if I want to work on my tablet instead of on the Mac, I can't log in. Today I didn't even get an email to reset my password. I would really like to use the program, but unfortunately it doesn't work. What's happening?

In the business plan on your website, users have the freedom to change email. But appsumo cant do it. Please clarify this.

2. Does sumolings have a different support line than your regular users? I heard support for sumolings is very limited, is that true?

A: 1. Appsumo limitation. Nothing we can do.
2. In normal circumstances, support response times are functionally identical. If there's more load than our support team can handle, appsumo tickets are lower priority. Also, because most issues in this queue often have to do with appsumo/exposure license syncing, sometimes there's a delay associated with that as we work with their team to sort out....
