In the business plan on your website, users have the freedom to change email. But appsumo cant do it. Please clarify this.
2. Does sumolings have a different support line than your regular users? I heard support for sumolings is very limited, is that true?

May 15, 2024A: 1. Appsumo limitation. Nothing we can do.
2. In normal circumstances, support response times are functionally identical. If there's more load than our support team can handle, appsumo tickets are lower priority. Also, because most issues in this queue often have to do with appsumo/exposure license syncing, sometimes there's a delay associated with that as we work with their team to sort out. Agents in this queue also need to know a bit more, and not all have been trained on appsumo.
