I bought Plan 2, logged in with my email address and password, but whenever I open the program again, I have to log in again, but it doesn't recognize my password. I.e. every time I have to create a new password via forgotten password. And every time again it is not recognized. Likewise, if I want to work on my tablet instead of on the Mac, I can't log in. Today I didn't even get an email to reset my password. I would really like to use the program, but unfortunately it doesn't work. What's happening? Best Heike

1. In the business plan on your website, users have the freedom to change email. But appsumo cant do it. Please clarify this. 2. Does sumolings have a different support line than your regular users? I heard support for sumolings is very limited, is that true?
