Yes, I can confirm this Issue. It seems, that Eyeson de-activates all Lifetime Licenses that we bought through AppSumo after exactly 5 Years of duration. You can see this, when you are logged in and click on License, then go to License Archive. – I also contacted Eyeson Support and also informed AppSumo upon this Issue. Hopefully Eyeson will re-activate our Lifetime Licenses.

Same problem here, same response from Eyeson support. When you purchased the product, there was no mention of a 5-year limit; what you were buying was a lifetime license. We don't know if the problem is the Appsumo contract or if Eyeson isn't respecting the terms of the contract. In any case, it could be considered a case of false advertising, since you buy one thing and they sell you another.
Likewise, if Eyeson is correct and the license was only valid for five years, this creates a huge problem for Appsumo. How can we know if other purchased products don't have these types of limitations and can be deactivated at any time? This makes it very difficult to trust and purchase products from Appsumo, since as consumers, we are defenseless against these practices.
In the Q&A, there is a post, that says, that Ekaterina_eyson said in 2020: "Our deal here is for 5 years". I think this should be the answer we are looking for. You can search this in Q&A using keyword Ekaterina_eyson.
To me they offered a friction of my purchased licenses for a duration of another 2 years. (That proves, that the lifetime of the product is not over, product will be alive for at least 2 more years.) I did not accept. I insisted that ALL my purchased licenses continue to be active until lifetime of product is over.

If you lock the room so nobody else can join and interrupt the meeting if anyone disconnects they can not rejoin if they are not registered by email. And of course,you can not unlock the room once locked first time during the meeting.
I tried in safari, chrome and on two different laptop/desktops. I get an error message that it "cannot load" "load cannot follow more than 20 redirections." I have cleared cookies. I am regretting purchasing this because it has been consistent problems. Can someone assist? I obviously cannot log into eyeson directly or assistance.

ended but when I try to use the Layout section anything in the layout lags very badly other than that the speed an quality is exceptional would this be a problem in the purchased version ? as I would like to utilise the layout facility when using your product .

It forces me to sign up for a free 14 days trial??? Since I already bought 2 codes then why it is forcing me to sign up for free trial. When I click on the free trial, it then shows me my 2 codes but then it also tells me that the trial will expire in 14 days! Can you guys please check what is going on? Thanks
For the first 14-days, some new users might see the display of a free trial, but this view will go away and does not affect your premium license!
If for some reason, after the 14 days you cannot log into your account, it could be that your email was deleted from the host list. If you accidentally deleted it, you won't be able to access the system anymore.
Here is what you can do if this is the case: Step 1: go to https://accounts.eyeson.team/licenses Step 2: Click the button to show/edit license Step 3: add your account email as host entry

If for some reason, after the 14 days you cannot log into your account, it could be that your email was deleted from the host list. If you accidentally deleted it, you won't be able to access the system anymore.
Here is what you can do if this is the case:
Step 1: go to https://accounts.eyeson.team/licenses
Step 2: Click the button to show/edit license
Step 3: add your account email as host entry
