A: We currently have no Outlook integration - it's easiest to use the tools (Outlook, GCal,..) that you already use and just insert the link to the meeting room.
The second reason is our focus on teams and how they work together. You can create a unlimited number of rooms - e.g. for a marketing team or for individual customers - and just re-enter in that same room. That makes it very quick to participate in a meeting - no meeting codes to key in.
