ended but when I try to use the Layout section anything in the layout lags very badly other than that the speed an quality is exceptional would this be a problem in the purchased version ? as I would like to utilise the layout facility when using your product .

You can't mute individual members of the room, so if someone is talking you can only mute all if someone is disturbing with noise, not one person, and by that you also a mute person who is presenting. If you lock the room so nobody else can join and interrupt the meeting if anyone disconnects they can not rejoin if they are not registered by email. And of course,you can not unlock the room once locked first time during the meeting.
The platform isn't loading. I tried in safari, chrome and on two different laptop/desktops. I get an error message that it "cannot load" "load cannot follow more than 20 redirections." I bought two codes and it allowed me to configure the app and it worked fine for an hour and now it doesn't allow me to login to my account. It forces me to sign up for a free 14 days trial??? Since I already bought 2 codes then why it is forcing me to sign up for free trial. When I click on the free trial, it then shows me my 2 codes but then it also tells me that the trial will expire in 14 days! Can you guys please check what is going on? Thanks
