Q: I was sad to hear that past users cannot get into the deal.

I have used the service on and off. And was just about to cancel it permanently when this deal came up. But understand we are not eligible.

Very sorry to hear that you wanted to cancel... :-(
But on & off means that you also got back to our service. :-)

I'm not 100% sure about this rule but will double-check it tomorrow. Could you drop us a short message at support@eyeson.com? Let's figure out a solution.
