Zoom and Vectera allow you to set up a meeting room where if anyone wants to join, it puts them into a waiting room, and then you can ask for permission to join. If the host grants them access, they can join.

I tried to use the “Lock room” feature, but either I used the quick join, and it let anyone in the room, or I invited people to the meeting that weren’t a member and it didn’t denied access altogether.

How can I make this happen?
