I've spent a bit of time now playing with this and it works great for what I think it's designed to do. But it does have problems if you want to do something different.

So what is it designed for? In my opinion it looks like it's for running meetings with small groups of professionals who work together. In these circumstances it's possible to have rooms set up once with the members all ready to come back when needed. That makes things fast and easy. Having full recordings is also a great extra.

Because there's trust among the group it's not a problem that everyone has full control.

But that non-hierarchical approach means it's not suitable for large groups of people who don't know each other. That seems to be a complaint but I think it's complaining about a use case that it's not designed for which isn't really fair.

Having said that, the ability to have the room creator limit other people's power would open up additional uses and markets so I think EyesOn should take it as positive feedback and see what's possible.

Quality-wise it was fine for me but since this is so reliant on external factors such as the individuals internet speed it's hard to say where it ranks.

Overall five tacos because it does what it's designed to do, and does it easily and elegantly. It would be great to see it expand those use cases though.
