Q: Dear Team, can you give me more information about Payments?

I see i can use external payment solutions like PayPal and Stripe. And i also see, you have fees on payments. The external solutions also have fees - so my question ist, do you also have an inbuilt payment solution like Teachable has? Or do we have to use the external solution?

And do you have White Label CNAME feature?

A: We don't have our own payment processing at the moment so you have to use third party. Yes, you can connect with a cname or simply point our ip and you can click connect. It will check and install ssl and complete the process.

External payment solutions charges their own fees. This 5% or 5.% is our fee when you make sales. You can white label your website and even android ios mobile apps later if you want. Everything are white label in our platform.

Thank you for your fast answer. But what is still unclear - do you also have an inbuild payment solution or do we have to use external solution?

And for the white label - can we use our own domain (cname feature)?

Thank you for the response. I was hoping that a payment service is directly integrated - similar to Teachable. The problem with external payment providers like PayPal or Stripe is that you receive a receipt for every sale, which makes accounting complicated and bloated... With a payment provider that handles this for you, you only receive one receipt per month and taxes and the like are taken care of by the payment provider. Like with the German provider Digistore24.com.

You can exports sales data from the platforms though but yeas, you need from them as well. Direct integration will come at some stage but not at the moment.

There is no option for setting up a CNAME in the portal Site Settings. I am only able to create an A record for a primary domain. Where is the option for using a CNAME?

@kwsim, you can create your subdomain with an A record pointing to your ip. We will soon shift to cname.
