Q: I have seen that the description says there is an integration with Zapier but when I try to connect it, Zapier does not recognize 'ezycourse'.
Is it listed under another name or spelling? I notice that several other people have asked the same question but there are no replies as yet....

I had thought the integration would be straightforward, but I have only found one video which was about pably and zapier, but I could not understand it at all.
I am trying to integrate it into Influencersoft so I can use your course platform with their funnel....
If you can send me a video tutorial or clear instructions I would really appreciate it.

There does not seem to be any support chat! The only 'support' I can find on the portal is a link that says 'watch tutorials'. There is no chat bot, knowledge base or somewhere for me to submit a support ticket. The only guidance seems to be your You Tube channel. Apologies if I'm missing something glaringly obvious, but I just can't find the 'support chat' that you refer to!
Could you at least tell me whether I have to set up the webhooks with zapier, then zapier with Influencersoft, or is the point in webhooks that they don't need zapier?
