If you join our fb, you will get to know.. Too much work in dev level that we don't have any pure documentation writer yet :( so we write when we get time... We are trying to hire some. Sorry.. we do have some tutorial videos but still not all..

Documentation is the single most important part of any application. Sending noobs to your FB group to ask the same questions, that could easily be answered by good documentation, over and over again doesn't sound like your group would too keen on repeating the same answers. Not to mention a poor business model for customer retention. I'll be sure to mention this, along with your reply, in my reviews.
