I wanted to share some initial thoughts about EzyCourse, a software I recently purchased through Appsumo, which has left a favorable impression on me so far. Hkm Sadek Hossain is currently assisting me on a project and I look forward to giving a more detailed review upon its completion.

This is my nineth purchase from Appsumo's platform, with three previous purchases ending in refunds. Another deal I wish I had refunded because I had a less than pleasant experience when they changed its plan structure after the conclusion of an Appsumo deal, and didn't map it to the deal I purchased, so I'm getting less than what I was promised.

However, my journey with EzyCourse thus far has been markedly different. The platform is well-structured and streamlined. Although I encountered an issue while setting up my custom domain which briefly kept me from accessing my dashboard, Shakil from EzyCourse responded promptly via chat and the glitch resolved itself while on chat.

Hkm Sadek Hossain and his team have shown impressive dedication to their customers, reflected in their swift and efficient responses to questions on Appsumo and their Facebook group. They are regularly updating the platform, continuously adding new features, and clearly value their customers' feedback. Their level of communication has been extraordinary, prompting me to question whether they ever rest or get any sleep!

While EzyCourse's transaction fees of 5.0% or 6.5% may not suit everyone, I have no issue with it. I hope their revenues from Appsumo and annual memberships will help them sustain and grow this product. Provided they maintain this level of dedication, I believe EzyCourse has the potential to become a leading platform in the market.

Comparatively, Substack charges a 10% transaction fee with no monthly options, despite many of its users generating substantial monthly incomes. Payhip's transaction fee for their free plan is the same as EzyCourse's Tier 2, however, they charge an additional monthly fee for video hosting and fall short in terms of feature options.

My current experience with EzyCourse has been highly positive, leading me to contemplate purchasing at least one or possibly two more Tier 1 plans. I am somewhat hesitant given my past experience with companies on Appsumo, where post-deal customer service and product updates have often been neglected.

Hkm Sadek Hossain and his team have done commendable work to this point. My plea to them is to persist with their outstanding customer service, regular updates, and attentiveness to customer feedback. EzyCourse shows a lot of promise, and I hope they continue on this successful path.
