Q: Why gate csv export to such a high tier?
Can you consider csv export for tier 2?
I think that it's a basic feature, specially given that there will be 1000/2000 mentions

Having them docmented in a sheet so that we can tackle them at some other point in time and contact the person for a review, etc

You have them in your feed for a while depending on your plan. You can also bookmark posts for later and mark posts as engaged with.
