Q: Why does the tier 1 in the subscription part of your website differ from Appsumo tier 1?
I just bought tier 1. But on your subscription webpage tier 1 is different from Appsumo product detail page. Please clarify the 1 widget (popface.io) vs unlimited widget (AS).

I just bought Tier 1 Appsumo. When I redeemed it, in the subscription page on your website it says I have Tier 1. My point is that the content of Tier 1 on facepop.io website states that Tier 1 has only 1 (one) widget, on AS Tier 1 it states unlimited.
That makes a big difference, 1 widget or unlimited widgets.
How many review widgets are included on the previous plan with 10 seats? Unlimited FacePops Unlimited page views Unlimited widgets 1 TB traffic/month Call-to-action feature Personalization Color studio Font studio Target visitors Performance reports and data Share as link All visual settings All behavior settings API access SDK access Each Additional Code = Additional 1TB/month of traffic

Workspace groups your content such as facepop widgets or video reviews in independent workspaces. You can either switch to these workspaces yourself or invite ie. a client that only has access to one workspace.
I'm planning to purchase 5 codes. Can I invite clients to their individual company workspaces to manage their videos? Can I set permissions for creating and editing videos, or will they only access the workspace as guests?
Tier 5 unlocks whitelabeling and re-branding which means your clients sign up to your re-branded facepop dashboard and you can set your own limits & pricing plans. As well as have lots of other tools such as client management. It's a much better solution than using workspaces.
I'm noticing a change from prior deals with the new five-tier system compared to my previous Tier 2. My main question is about white-label selling. The AppSumo page image shows 'rebrand Facepop with the RESELL whitelabel' and Tier 5 includes unlimited white-label sales, which I thought I understood. However, when I try to use it, I'm being asked to pay $49/month to activate the feature, and it's not working as expected.
Q: For the video testimonials, can we capture the user's name/email before they start recording?
