Q: Is there active development to improve this product?

I’m loving FacePop and left a very positive review when I first bought it. However, I’ve been holding out for months hoping for updates to the CTA functionality. The changelog hasn’t been updated since Oct 2024! Has new development stopped?
I reached out to support and got a kind reply from Nevrie (thank you!), but it seems those requests haven’t been picked up by your dev team.
I still can’t use it for my main workflow without a redirect after a Google Sheets CTA or direct integration with Bento or OttoKit (formerly SureTriggers). These feel like easy wins—especially for a team as talented as yours! If nothing else, please add a redirect option to the Google Sheets CTA, since it already exists in the standalone CTA.
Hoping to see FacePop keep growing. Please give us an update soon!
I completely get that White Label offering can't be done with AppSumo. I reviewed your website and also the packages here. Personally I don't care as much about white label. This is a great service to provide for my clients. But before I purchase here, I have 1 question about the Integrations and Webhooks. If I was to go the White Label route, are all those integrations available and is the Webhook white label? Or if my clients would use the integrations is it better to just have the FacePop Agency and have your brand?
I cannot find any documentation on visitor video feedback on your website. I would like to know how to obtain the phone number along with video feedback for the client's project. Thanks.
Thank you for your response but my problem is still there. You show me how to receive a video feedback, but after the video is send to the platform how can I know the email or the phone number or something about contacting this person. I have only the video and no other contact information in your example. Thank you!

Q: Question About Tier 2 vs White Label

While I do not know anything about LouiseBot, I can see that we come at $98 for full unlimited, which is about $200 cheaper than LouiseBot!
