Great product with not so great customer service!
Of all the AppSumo LTDs I've purchased over the past eight years, FacePop has been the most disappointing. I bought an LTD back in 2024 and had a good experience setting up and testing the product initially. However, for some reason, I couldn’t get the pop-up to publish on a live site.
The worst part is that I emailed the support team three times and didn’t receive a single response. I’ve hada few similar experiences with other LTD platforms before, but this is the first (and only) time it’s happened to me with AppSumo.
While the product seems promising in principle (though I never got to test it properly), the attitude towards customers leaves a lot to be desired.

. We take our customer support very seriously, so I personally looked into this and we actually don't have any record of receiving emails from you in our system. It’s possible they were sent to an unmonitored address or got caught in a spam filter.
