Great potential, but held back by recurring Whitelabel issues

The feature set of FacePop is impressive, and the app itself is very well thought out. It delivers strong functionality when everything is running smoothly.

However, the whitelabel solution consistently faces major issues. Logos, custom branding, sender details, and specific configurations often fail to apply or display correctly. While customer support does resolve these problems eventually, response times can be quite slow, and unfortunately, the issues tend to resurface even after being fixed.

If the team can stabilize the whitelabel branding and improve support response times, this would easily be a top-tier tool. Right now, the ongoing technical hiccups detract from a solid core product.
