Great Tool, One of the Best Whitelabel SaaS, and an Amazing Team!
The Platform:
The platform works really well and performs its function as a face-to-face video widget beautifully. The loading time for embedded widgets and iframe videos is quite fast, and the CTA buttons work flawlessly to boost engagement. I did have a minor issue connecting my custom domain because the instructions weren't entirely clear regarding the 'www' prefix (note: if your domain doesn't use 'www', don't type it in the configuration). I struggled for about 30 minutes, but after reaching out to support, Fatos solved my problem in no time.
There are a few areas that need improvement. The UI/UX could be optimized; for instance, on my small laptop screen, the CTA configuration panel overlaps and hides the video widget preview. It would also be great to have a dark mode, multi-language support (so I can translate it into my local language), and a wider selection of icons in the CTA settings. Additionally, adding Loom-style "emoji responses" and a comment section within the widget would be massive for interactivity and engagement.
Whitelabel Configuration:
This is one of the purest and best whitelabel setups I've seen. We can fully rebrand the platform, and since they use a generic CNAME, agency clients won't find any trace of FacePop. However, I have a few suggestions:
1. Please give us the option to hide/close the large promotional popup for the "Answerly bundle pack" inside the whitelabel menu; it takes up too much space and feels a bit intrusive.
2. Please add more payment gateways. Currently, only Stripe is supported, which isn't available in my country.
3. Bug report: When I configure the widget branding of my agency branding in the app.facepop.io, it doesn't show up on my custom domain (app.mydomain.com) when I log in using my main/agency account. It only appears when logged in as a client. Because of this, the widgets I embed on my own agency landing page using my main account do not display my agency branding. This really needs to be fixed.
The Founder and Team:
They are hands down the fastest and most helpful team on AppSumo (I really hope this top-tier support continues long after the AppSumo campaign ends!). I asked for help via the AppSumo questions and their support email, and even on the weekend, they replied and solved my problems quickly. I even requested an Emailit integration, and Fatos literally shipped it within hours! Easy 5 stars for their responsiveness and helpfulness.
I have big hopes that FacePop will continue to grow with more features, better UI/UX, increased speed performance, advanced reports, and more integrations. FacePop is worth every penny and absolutely deserves all the tacos! 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

I'm glad the Emailit integration hit the mark. I've already logged the agency branding bug on custom domains so we can get that fixed, and we are updating the CNAME docs right away to clarify the 'www' prefix issue.
Your feature requests—dark mode, more payment gateways, UI tweaks, and hiding the Answerly promo—are fantastic and have all been added to our roadmap.
