UPDATE: After some initial frustration about the felt lack of support, the support has been very supportive :) and fixed my bug.
Considering this, the tool is now really outstanding and a brilliant idea to have on your website, and a must-buy from AppSumo

The tool is great, but what use is it if you have no support in place?
As other people mentioned before, there seems to be no support.
I´m having a bug - but no chance to contact anyone - the chat says "it will respond in minutes" though nothing ever happens.
Software loses its value if it is not supported - no idea why go through the hassle of creating it when it gets neglected afterwards.
