A: Thanks for asking this question, currently we have live integrations with gmail/google workspace and soon we'll launch SMTP and outlook integration.

Do you have granular permissions? Specifically, is it possible to grant access to Google Calendar only, without giving access to Gmail inbox?
Tier 3 unlimited makes no sense for one user. One user can have max 8-10 accounts generally. So, mapping with workspace and allocating number of email accounts per space is the most viable option. Also, why don’t you make it BYOK and also move out of WhatsApp as the central communication interface? Not every country uses WhatsApp in business to do business, especially if you want to scale it to enterprise. Having a dedicated user interface where it handles stuff for you might make sense. Which can eliminate WhatsApp and number costs too.
