I want to report that the application is promising and offers exactly what I would like to have as a virtual assistant. However, in practice it is slow, inaccurate with reminders and scheduling of appointments or events, and it does not work in Spanish regarding the automatic responses it provides. After downgrading from Plan 3 to Plan 2, it stopped working altogether and there has been no user support available. Instead of wasting my time begging for assistance, I prefer to free myself from a problem that should have been a help.

NOT WORKING, HOW TO ACTIVATE??
I bought 3rd tier plan, activated it, signed in with MY WHATSAPP NUMBER, in my dashboard i see "Current Plan: Elite" but in the WhatsApp i get message that my free trial expired!

How to active my account? why its like this?

Stella is great, I’m the problem is that as of today it only supports Gmail account, so if you have iCloud, outlook or any other email account it won’t work.
If you have a Gmail account, you should give it a try.

I wish that I could give zero tacos, I was very hopeful of this software, this was a big let down! I purchased the highest tier but never got to use it past the trial that I never signed up for! During setup, per Fast Trackr instructions, it stated to enter my phone number including the country code (this was not a preset), that is exactly what I did. Their support said this was the issue and due to entering my country code (per Fast Trakr's Instructions) it has placed me in the free 14 day trial and this was all that I was able to use, the free trial. After several attempts of correcting this issue, Fast Trackr Support stopped replying to me. I reached out to both Appsumo and Fast Trackr to request a fresh license due to other people that I have referred this too have been using it with no problems. Appsumo reached out to Fast Trackr and got no response, Appsumo refunded me what I paid via credits, but not the coupon/discount that I used so I will not be giving this another try for more money and not knowing how responsive Fast Trackr's support will be going forward. I was really excited about this one, unfortunately I am forced to go another route. I will never refer Stella to anyone again, best of luck to those that purchased, I hope that you never need Fast Trackr's support!!! Appsumo Support was much better, thank you Appsumo.

Stella AI, while residing in WhatsApp, it certainly helps save time on drafting emails, scheduling meetings, and even turning voice into text. However, there’s many room left for refinement to make it a standout and reliable 24/7 productivity assistant 🎯.

What works well :
- Convenience of operating within WhatsApp 📱.
- Basic features like calendar events, email drafting and reminders ⏱️.
- Integration with Notion🇳 and Gmail/Gcal (Outlook in process) ☁️.
- Interaction in different languages 🌐.
- Scheduling links 🔗.
- Security and Privacy. CASA II certified and SOC-II certification 🔐.

Why 2 tacos instead of 5 🌮🌮 ?
1️⃣ Room for More Organic Interactions :
- During command processing, the assistant sends needless messages like "On it!" or "Doing it right away…" instead of simply displaying blue checkmarks and the typing indicator 💬 to signify receipt and processing.
- Transcriptions appear inevitably after any voice message 🎤︎︎ which is a pain and timewasting. It would be more efficient to only show the verbatim reply when explicitly requested by the user 🔛.
- The lack of WhatsApp buttons lowers usability. Predefined buttons (quick replies ↪️ and call-to-action ✅) are very intuitive for easy tap-to-confirm tasks like scheduling, sending email, calling, copy or launching app.
- Processing speed must be improved—currently, it feels slower than startup competitors 🐢.
- Enhancing web search (via Perplexity) and optimizing chat memory (using prior chat data, such as numbered-list results) will better serve users with more tailored and effective responses 🧠.
- Shared locations are not yet recognized by Stella AI, which would be very useful for accurately retrieving weather information and nearby places 🌎.

2️⃣ Many Key Features Missing in 2025 :
- Cloud storage integration like GDrive, OneDrive, pCloud to retrieve, share and organize files ☁️
- Multi-Calendar support to use any calendar in the primary account, not just the main one 🗓️🔢.
- Email Sorting and Organization. Ask to move emails to Spam, Archive or any folder ✉️⤵📁.
- Email attachment. Ask to have a shared picture or file attached to an email 📎✉️.
- Send scheduled WhatsApp message with user phone number (via Evolution API)👤#
- Call option for urgent reminder (Stella AI calls user at scheduled time) 🚨📞
- Picture recognition. Extract information from images/handwritten-notes and use it for tasks 📸
- AI OCR to identify text, tables, graphs and images in scanned documents 🔎
- Retrieve, analyze and compare data from one or multiple shared documents in the chat 📎📑.
- AI writing detector (via detection models like GPTZero or Copyleaks) 🕵🏻.
- Export AI chat answers/results in pdf, md, docx, xlsx formats 📤📄.
- Better meeting prep ✏️📅 (according to calendar/email history, web research and cloud files).
- Manage service/account integrations and chat history in dashboard ⚙️.

3️⃣ Overall, It Needs Polishing 🌟:
- General interaction and responsiveness is still far behind competitors. Actual product feels extremely beta and buggy which affects user engagement 🚧.
- It can be tricky to get tasks done correctly. Time to time, it gets stuck ⏳🥱.
- Bugs/inconsistencies recalled by other users.

Overall, Stella AI shows potential, but needs major updates to evolve into an appealing and worthy productivity assistant.
