At this time we don't have any plans to expand Pixel Cat to manage other kinds of tracking code (such as for AdWords). It's an interesting idea though.

We do have a simple free plugin for installing Google Analytics (https://wordpress.org/plugins/analytics-cat/). If this gets more popular there's certainly a chance we could look to expand on more GA/AdWords-related things.
