Thanks for your patience. Translations for the frontend (what customers see) are planned, but the backend will likely remain English. Unfortunately, I'm not able to give you an ETA on that yet but once we're back on schedule with our update routine, we will add translations.
Q: Question about User Data Transfer and Subscription Status in Feedback Integration
If I have an app that offers a subscription or a Pro version, can I, when linking to the FeatureShift Feedbackboard website from within the app, directly transfer information about whether they are a Pro user or not? The purpose would be to distinguish which feedback is being supported by Pro users versus Free-tier users.
Alternatively, if this direct data transfer is not possible, can users log into the feedback board with the same credentials they use for my app, so that their subscription status is recognized and the relevant information is transferred that way?
And if both currently doesn’t work, is this being implemented in the near future?
Neither of these things are currently possible with FeatureShift. But I like the idea of connecting to an API endpoint and showing additional data about a specific email address.

Sorry you're having trouble signing up for the trial account. The "Gateway Timeout" is likely related to the email validation we run in the background. We'll improve this process soon (for all our apps, as this wasn't the first occurrence).
Are you using a Yahoo email address? Those often take a really long time to validate. If yes, please try another in the meantime. If not, please...
Mh, that's unfortunate. :/ I just quickly added a timeout to the signup process. If after 5 seconds your email address could not be validated, we just try to send the verification email anyway. Can you please try it one more time?

I haven't understood how many feedback boards this lifetime deal includes. I suppose it is one feedback board with one custom domain (fair enough). (But you mention "All future FeatureShift Plan updates", Business Plan", and the business plan has three feedback boards. So just to be sure.)
