A: Hi there,

You can set categories as "private", so only your team and the person who submitted the bug can see it.

If I have an app that offers a subscription or a Pro version, can I, when linking to the FeatureShift Feedbackboard website from within the app, directly transfer information about whether they are a Pro user or not? The purpose would be to distinguish which feedback is being supported by Pro users versus Free-tier users. Alternatively, if this direct data transfer is not possible, can users log into the feedback board with the same credentials they use for my app, so that their subscription status is recognized and the relevant information is transferred that way? And if both currently doesn’t work, is this being implemented in the near future?
